“All residents are given the option to pay with Direct Deposit or Cohort GO (students only) . Residents can also pay via EFTPOS at reception (1.75% extra surcharge). Cash is not accepted.
Your accommodation account will be billed as per the payment schedule in your Occupancy Agreement. Please ensure the funds are paid as per the schedule. Late payments will incur a fee so please ensure your payments are made in advance of the due dates.
If you are experiencing difficulties (financial or otherwise) and you wish to pay your account by another means known as an Alternate Payment Plan please email “[email protected]”.
